Meet the Rendezvous
2019 Queen Candidates
Bonnie Tucker
Miss Yukon Home and Tour
Cause:Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition
My name is Bonnie Tucker, and I am Miss Yukon Home and Tour. I love the Yukon, it is the home my children and I chose, and I am thankful to be able to live on the Traditional Territory of the Kwanlin Dun First Nation and Ta'an Kwach'an Council. More than anything, I love connecting with people, and learning about their unique strengths and challenges. I am running for Rendezvous Queen 2019 because I am excited for the opportunity to visit and learn about communities across this great Territory.
Heather Grant
Miss Itsy Bitsy Yarn Store
Cause:Canadian Mental Health Association, Yukon Division
My name is Heather and I am Miss Itsy-Bitsy Yarn Store. I have had the pleasure of living in the Yukon for 9 years. Over those winters I have watched Rendezvous from the sidelines, and have loved the spirit and vibrancy of this annual festival. This year I decided to step out of my comfort zone and participate. I am challenging myself to try something new and to hopefully grow a little on the journey.

I have always admired the previous queen contestants & have wanted to run for the quest for the crown for a few years. I am a hard working wife and mother of 4 amazing beautiful children, this year I thought it would be a great year to run as it is the 55th anniversary. I look forward to representing our community in true Yukon style
Kaylee Levesque
Miss Home Hardware
Cause:Yukon Wildlife Preserve
Hello my name is Kaylee Levesque and I am Miss Home Hardware. I am a newcomer to the Yukon and I have called the Yukon my home for just over a year. Now that I am more settled here I would like to be more involved within the community so I thought, what better way then to jump feet first and become a candidate in the Quest For The Crown. This is my first time experiencing Rendezvous first hand and I am ecstatic to have the privilege of running for the crown. I look forward to getting to know each and everyone of you that makes this community so great.
Cheers to my fellow Candidates and Rendezvous 2019.
