Snow Sculpture Exhibit                                ALL DAY Friday Saturday and Sunday
Presented by The Hougen Group of Companies, with the support of the Yukon Government Arts Fund
Come by and enjoy the incredible snow sculptures produced by local Yukon artists. Check out the full list of 2023 teams below!

Character Snowpad                        11AM-12PM Friday
Presented by Yukon Inn
You will want to tune into this battle as Rendezvous characters battle it out with their snowpad skills!
Location: CKRW Snowpad - Shipyards Park 

KIDSFEST Outdoor Zone                            11AM-3PM Friday and Saturday
Presented by Yukon Employees’ Union, with the support of the Yukon Government Youth Investment Fund
KIDSFEST is an exciting weekend-long event full of entertainment and activities designed for children and youth to participate FREE of charge! Led by the Yukon Rendezvous team, we will be offering your favourite events such as Tobogga Bowl, Mini Log Toss, Flour Packing, and more.  

Please Note Yukon Rendezvous is not responsible for childminding at KIDSFEST, as Guardians are to remain onsite.
Location: Behind Frank Slim Building - Shipyards Park

Public Snow Carving                                 11AM-3PM Friday and Saturday
Presented by The Hougen Group of Companies, with the support of the Yukon Government Arts Fund
You’ll have the inspiration of professional snow carvings and a mentor to help you! Get your team together to carve your vision out of snow.

Register by Feb. 17 - On-site applications may open depending on availability.

Grad Challenge - Traditional & Minute-To-Win-It Events            12-4PM Friday
Presented by All-West Glass, Dakwakada Capital Investments LP, & The Cubs Den Day Home
Cheer on our high school grad classes as they compete in the Rendezvous traditional events of Axe Throw (now taking place in the Northern Axe Co. Mobile Trailer), Chainsaw Chuck, an
d Log Toss. Minute-to-win-it events will also be taking place in the Frank Slim Building.

Axe Throw presented by Chieftain Energy

If you have always wanted to try your luck at Throwing an Axe (now taking place in the Northern Axe Co. Mobile Trailer), Chucking a Chainsaw, or Tossing a Log, then this is where you want to be! This year, it’s FREE to participate with each turn giving you 3 throws, chucks, or tosses.

On-site applications for same day events will close at the discretion of the event runner and events running/awarding of prizes will be dependent on achieving required minimums of applicants/contestants. Events with on-site applications; Open Snowpad (Axe Throw, Chainsaw Chuck, & Log Toss)
