2019 OPEN SNOWPAD DETAILS

New for 2019 we are changing the way you enter three of our iconic events, the Chainsaw Chuck, the Axe Throw and the Log Toss!  Your $2.00 entry will get you three throws in any one of these Open Snowpad events, and the top score on each event at the close of the festival will receive a fabulous prize!  Only the top scores for men and women separately will be tracked and the winners will be announced at Lumel Studios Sunday February 24th at 2:30pm!

Axe throw

Sat Feb 23rd 2pm-5pm and Sun Feb 24th 10am-12pm

Take your best throws at our axe target and prove you are the best with a blade!  You get three throws, with hits that stick worth at least 5 points, or 10 if the tip hits the red!  If you manage to land all your throws in the red you get an extra throw!  Prize for the Axe Throw will be announced at the Rendezvous Kickoff!

Its all about distance with these two events!  toss your log or chuck your chainsaw from our starting line and get it as far as you possibly can down the Snowpad!  Longest distance measured from the starting block will be the winner here! Prizes for the Chainsaw Chuck and Log Toss will be announced at the Rendezvous Kickoff
