Best Beard
I’ve been a member of a fire dept. since I was 18 and was always required to be clean shaven. I started growing my beard when I medically retired from WHFD and was allowed, for the first time, to grow a beard. I entered the beard contest the last time it was in person (with a much shorter beard!). Now after 17 years in the Yukon, I have a beard truly worth entering the Rendezvous best beard contest!

I'm only 22 and I've already grown my own long johns, who needs to buy layers when you can grow your own?? Its like I'm always wearing chaps, but its leg hair
I'm not sure why, but it only grows down my shin bone.
She’s convinced that a nice thick layer of winter leg hair is warmer than merino wool baselayers 😉!
